We will provide you with the courier and tracking id link when your order ships out.

While we can deliver to PO boxes, we recommend using a home or business address for your orders whenever possible.

Orders above $150 will be offered free shipping.

If you have not received any email correspondence from us within 2-4 working days after purchasing, then please contact us.

If you don’t get any response within 48 working hours it is likely that emails are getting bounced back so please contact us using a different email address.

Before getting in touch with us, please assist us out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address;
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package;
  3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, first contact the courier for clarity.

If the issue is not resolved then please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the issue.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, then please refer to our shipping policy.
